Beside their own estates, P.T. GRUPA offers a full service in scouting and presenting secondary estates and organizing the sale process. This includes real estate agency services, making-up a preliminary contract and contract on purchasing/selling in cooperation with legal office, estate transfer and buyer registration in the land register.

All our real estates are being presented on our web site, through printed brochures, at European and Croatian Fairs, as well as in local and international newspapers and magazines. We also offer advice about reconstruction and adaptation of the object and organize a complete construction and include experts such as geodesists, architects, constructors, surveillance firms etc. if required.
