We offer full service of scouting, finding and presentation of properties together with organization of the purchasing process. This encompasses the mediation during purchase and sales, examination of the documentation of the property in question, drafting out of provisional agreements and agreements on purchase in cooperation with the law firm, the handover and registration entry into land register books.
All properties are presented at our web site and through our published catalogues. We also perform advisory role during reconstruction or adaptation of buildings where we organize the full scope of the work in the cases of which we engage additional experts such as land surveyors, architects, work executors, supervision….
