Settlement Aurora in Vinkuran
After terminating the residential construction project Astarea in Baderna, Promet-trans is proceeding with its human investment projects. Our investment culture is based on a human construction concept which offers residential units with infrastructure and other facilities. Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season, and yet only a few kilometres away from the city of Pula, there is a small settlement near the sea called Vinkuran and we have started right here the investment in our new residential construction project Aurora. Vinkuran is located between Pješčana Uvala and Banjole, away from the main road and thanks to its unique location, it is highly recommended to people who love the sea, nature and peace. In ancient Roman mythology Aurora is the Goddess of the dawn and morning dew, the Goddess that announces the arrival of the sun, and that is how our project gets its name, in fact our future tenants will have the opportunity to enjoy the rising sun from their terraces and living rooms. There are three residential buildings designed over an area of 2028 square metres, which comprise 16 luxury apartments ie. 8 two bedrooms and 8 one bedroom comfortable apartments, of 48 to 157 square metres respectively. The largest and the most comfortable apartments are situated on the second floor and will feature a big terrace occupied in one part by a jacuzzi.
