For the Zapresic project we own a ’’confirmation of the main project’’ (final approval for construction issued by building authorities) by which we have started with the building construction. We also had a separate horticultural project made so the project Zapresic itself will be enriched by green vegetation. The main project envisages construction of 11 flats with net usable area of 58 to 97 sqm, of which 10 units with 1 bedroom and 1 unit with 2 bedrooms. Each apartment comes with encompanied parking place in front of the building and storage in the basement. On the ground floor as well as on the first floor of the building there are 4 apartments, while on the second floor 3 apartments are situated. Flat No. 2 on the ground floor is adjusted for people with impaired walking ability. The flats are only a ten minute walk from downtown, close to rail and bus transportation.

Zapresic is located in the valley of three rivers – Sutla in the west, Sava in the south and Krapina in the east. This valley is surrounded by picturesque hills and only a few kilometers away from the nature park Medvednica, Ornithological Preserve Sava and Čateške toplice spa.
