EXTERIOR
On the coast of the Adriatic sea, on the very south of the Istrian peninsula,
at just five hundred meters from the sea, the Aurora residential settlement is located.
Aurora encompasses 3 residential buildings. Irida, Flora and Luna comprise 16 luxury apartments covering an area from 42 to 143 square metres.
The building design provides underground garages and storages for the apartments.
The apartment owners have at their disposal 19 parking places covered with green pergolas.
Aurora is particularly characterized by vertical greenery alternating with a Brac stone facade.
An original horticulture project was designed for the residential settlement Aurora
with separate automatic irrigation systems.
The owners of these luxury apartments can enjoy the green oasis on the common walkway
or within the privacy of their own gardens.
All the floors are connected with electrical panorama elevators characterized by high speed and low noise.

INTERIOR
All apartments are managed by adaptable intelligent systems with embedded safety measures.
Additional security is provided by Bauxt armoured doors.
Sciuker windows and balcony doors are made of wood and externally protected with aluminium profiles.
Interior doors have been carefully chosen at Italian manufacturer Barausse. Each apartment is unique thanks to Caleido radiators featuring a distinctive Italian design and laying schemes for high quality Ragno ceramic tiles from Marazzi group.
Bassano exotic parquets add a touch of warmth to the sleeping rooms.
The harmony of the interior is highlighted by Ilma bathroom equipment and accessories of elegant and modern lines.
The most exclusive apartments in the Aurora settlement are situated on the second floors
and through their spaciousness are offering maximum comfort.
